In conjunction with a sister company in Croatia, Lux Prima d.o.o, we are able to identify superbly located sites to build new properties or renovate older houses of charm and character. New developments may be individual villas or apartments built to a higher specification than is typical for Croatia.

All our property sites are selected with regards to sea views, access to the coast and the charm and character of the area. We aim to identify sites where there is no risk of other developments detracting from the properties we build. We favour edge of town sites, village sites on the boundary of an urbanised area, or sites where there is no possibility for views to be obstructed.
